Returns

You can return full-priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging. Book your return here.

We do not provide return labels. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Full-Priced Items

  • You can exchange, get a refund, or receive a store credit for full-priced items.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Temporary Promotions

  • Full-price items bought during a temporary promotion are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • You can exchange them or get store credit.

  • First-time purchases using the Welcome code are eligible for a full refund.

Final Sale Items

  • Final sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Choose carefully, as we recommend checking with us for size and style advice before purchasing.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, minus the initial postage cost.

  • Please allow 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If you used a gift voucher, you'll receive a new one.

Credit Vouchers

  • Credit vouchers are issued for the purchase price minus shipping.

  • Vouchers are valid for 3 years.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges for full-price items.

  • Select your new size when submitting your return online.

  • We'll ship your new item once your return is accepted.

  • Your new size is not reserved until we receive your return.

International Returns

  • Use our Returns Portal for international returns.

  • Use a traceable shipping service with signature required upon delivery.

Faulty Items

  • Contact us with images and a description of the fault.

Incorrect Items

  • Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong items.

Buy-Now-Pay-Later Purchases

  • Refunds will be credited through your chosen platform (Afterpay or ZipPay).

  • For credit voucher returns, continue making payments until the item is paid for, and we'll issue you a credit voucher upon receiving the return.
